SoftDent Basic Employee Workshop for the Clinical Team Member

This beginner level workshop is designed for all clinical team members who are using SoftDent. This workshop is taught by a certified trainer and will provide 2.5 CE credits to anyone who attends the workshop live. By the end of this workshop you should be able to:

• Navigate the chart

• Post existing procedures and conditions

• Correct posting errors

• Add a tooth watch

• Enter and maintain treatment plans

• Record perio charting values

• Understand basic clinical note entry

To help make this workshop work for you, come prepared with questions and ready to interact with the group.  Seating is limited in all workshops, so register early! The only requirement for approval is that your office has an active support agreement.  If your office does not have a support agreement, email DPMS.BDR@csdental.com to find out all the benefits a support plan membership offers.
